Superior Refrigeration Products Introduces New In-Line Check Valves at 2005 AHR Expo
Expanded 900MA Series Product Line Available for Immediate Shipment
MECHANICSBURG, PA - (February 7, 2005) - Superior Refrigeration Products/Sherwood, a brand unit of worldwide industrial services and products company Harsco GasServ, will introduce its new In-Line Check Valves at the 2005 AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida. The company’s new and expanded menu of magnetic in-line check valves for refrigeration applications are designed to prevent reverse flow in both discharge and liquid lines. The 900MA Series valves protect the compressor during an “off” cycle and prevent backup into the low pressure liquid line and expansion devices on heat pump systems.
900MA Series valves are now available in eleven sizes from ¼” thru 2-5/8”. Enhanced design features include a newspun end copper body with a stainless steel strainer and a brass seat that is fused with soft solder to the body. The seal between the rigid seat and disk is virtually gas tight. The new valves are also designed to be installed with either hard or soft solder.
