SHERWOOD PRODUCT ADVISORY: OxyGen1 Series

Washington, PA – (May 19, 2010):  Sherwood has recently been made aware of an OxyGen1 integrated valve and regulator that had the incorrect plastic protective shroud installed. Sherwood sells two types of OxyGen1 series units. One version is the “VC” that incorporates a check mechanism in the fill port and a shut off valve that must be opened during fill and during use. The second is the “V” version that does not have a check mechanism in the fill port and utilizes the shut off valve for filling only. The plastic protective shroud for each type is different. Each has an instruction for use relevant to whether it is a “VC” or “V” version.
